- Place a fry pan on high heat, add pesto and pasta, stir to coat pasta and allow to heat through. Add sundried tomatoes, salt to taste and toss. Remove from heat and add 50 g of the feta over the pasta stir to combine.
- To serve, transfer pasta into a serving plate, crumble the remain feta over and garnish with the nasturtiums.
BEN'S TIP: To cook pasta, cook pasta as usual but leave it slightly undercooked. Drain and toss with a little olive oil and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator until needed.
