CHORIZO, ZUCCHINI & BOCCONCINI TART
1 sheet Borg’s Puff Pastry, frozen
3 tbsp Barilla Sundried Tomato Pesto
1 zucchini, thinly sliced lengthwise
1 chorizo, finely sliced
200 g baby boccocini, halved
Chilli flakes, to taste
Pinch of salt
Micro herbs, for garnish
- Place a sheet of Borg’s Puff Pastry onto an oven tray that is lined with baking paper. Spread pesto evenly over pastry. Place on the zucchini, chorizo and use bocconcini to fill in gaps. Sprinkle with chilli flakes and a pinch of salt.
- Place tray into the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and garnish with micro herbs and serve.
