SPICY SALAMI PENNE
- Place salami into a cold frying pan, turn on to a medium heat. Add chilli and cook until fat has rendered and salami is browned. Add Ardmona tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes then add pasta and toss to coat. Remove from heat.
- To serve, transfer pasta into a serving dish and add cherry tomatoes, basil, onion, olives to the top off the pasta.
