- Heat a frying pan over a medium heat. Pour sesame seeds onto a plate and press salmon into the seeds and then place the salmon seed side down into the pan and cook for 4 ½ minutes, then turn and cook for a further 30 seconds and remove from heat and season with salt.
- Meanwhile into a bowl add mayo, wasabi, lime juice, salt and mix to combine. Then stir in the cabbage, cucumber, edamame beans, tossing to coat.
- To serve place slaw onto a serving plate, top it with salmon and coriander for garnish.
