POPCORN PRAWN SLIDERS
- Place popcorn into a food processor and blitz until you have a fine crumb. transfer into a bowl and add flour with a pinch of salt mix. transfer into a bowl of iced water and mix together. Add prawns to batter and stir to coat.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over a high heat, Once oil is at a high heat place in the 6 prawns at a time so not to over crowd the pan. Cook for 30-40 seconds or until golden.
- To make the dressing mix mayonnaise , Sriracha sauce into a bowl and mix to combine.
- To serve place place a spoon of the dressing onto the roll place in 2 prawns and micro herb for garnish.
BEN'S TIP: If you can't get Sriracha sauce combine tomato sauce with some cayenne pepper.
