- Add ricotta, KEEN'S Mustard Powder, salt and pepper into a bowl and mix to combine. Slice the sourdough, then butter on both sides, toast the bread in a griddle pan butter side down.
- Spread the ricotta mix onto the bread, slice the havarti and place over the ricotta, blowtorch the top to melt the cheese. Alternatively place the bread under a grill to melt. Top with ham and another slice of toasted sourdough. Place in oven on 180 degrees for approximately 10 minutes.
