SMOKEY BBQ BAKED BEANS
PREPARATION: 10min ~ COOK: 10min ~ READY IN: 20min
- Into a cold small fry pan add chorizo and slowly bring up to a high heat, then add diced onion and a drizzle of oil with a pinch of salt. Simmer approximately five minutes before adding smoked paprika and maple syrup.
- Add the cannellini beans to the chorizo and mix. Add stock and reduce by about half then add Barilla Ricotta sauce.
- To serve, keep the baked beans in the pan, or transfer to a bowl. Cut sourdough in halves and place in centre of the beans, garnish with coriander.
