FRESH SPAGHETTI SALAD

1 packet Barilla Wholegrain Spaghetti
Salt to season
2 cloves chopped garlic
200 g whole cherry tomatoes
50 g capers
1 tsp lemon myrtle
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Parmesan cheese, to serve
Fresh basil, to serve
- Bring a pot of salted water to the boil, add pasta and cook for approximately 7 minutes or until al dente.
- Into a medium sized hot pan with a dash of oil, add garlic, cherry tomatoes and capers, sauté approximately 2 minutes.
- Add lemon myrtle and balsamic vinegar and stir to combine. Drain the pasta and add straight to the pan and fold through. Garnish with parmesan cheese and basil.
