500g lamb mince
1 tsp KEEN'S Curry Powder
2 lemons, juiced
1 tsp dried chilli flakes
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 garlic flat bread
2 tomatoes, de-seeded and diced
1 bunch fresh parsley, roughly chopped
1 red capsicum, de-seeded and diced
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius. Into a bowl combine the lamb, KEEN'S Curry Powder, juice of one lemon, chilli flakes, garlic, a pinch of salt and combine using your hands.
- Place the flatbread onto a lined baking tray. Onto the flatbread spread the lamb mix and bake approximately 15 minutes.
- To make the salsa combine the tomato, capsicum and parsley in a bowl and dress with juice of the remaining lemon and oil, season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Top your pide with the salsa and fresh coriander.
