CACIO E PEPE SPAGHETTI
INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2)
1/2 packet Barilla spaghetti
Hillfarm garlic infused canola oil
2 tbs cracked black pepper
1/2 cup Ashgrove parmesan, grated
Cook the pasta in a boiling pot of salted water for 6 minutes.
Place an oiled pan over a medium heat and add the pepper. Cook for a minute.
When you are 4 minutes into cooking the pasta add a big spoonful of the pasta water to the pan and mix it through.
Once the pasta is cooked transfer to the pan and continue to stir the pasta coating it with the oil. Add the parmesan, turn the heat off and continue to mix. Serve when the cheese has melted.
