BARILLA MACCHERONI & CHICKEN

- In a large saucepan over medium to high heat add the oil and chicken. Sauté until browned and remove from pan. Add onions and mushrooms to the pan and sauté. Return chicken to the pan and continue cooking to increase the flavours. Add cream and tomatoes to the pan and toss to coat. Reduce the sauce until creamy.
- Meanwhile, in a large saucepan with salted boiling water add the pasta and cook for 10 minutes or until al dente.
- Add the pasta to the chicken mixture and toss to coat. Season to taste and serve with parsley and parmesan.
