- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees celsius.
- Place your pastry rounds onto a lined tray and score with a smaller cutter. Brush with egg.
- Top your pastry with ricotta cheese, chorizo, cherry tomatoes, and olives.
- Sprinkle with salt and bake in the oven approximately 15 minutes.
- To serve top with fresh basil.
