SCOTTY'S ARRABBIATA RIGATONI

1 box Barilla Rigatoni pasta
2 chorizo, roughly chopped
1 tbsp Hillfarm Garlic Infused Oil
1 onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, finely diced
1 jar Barilla Bolognese sauce
Salt and pepper, to season
2 tsp chilli flakes
1 bunch parsley, roughly chopped
Parmesan cheese, to serve
- Cook pasta till al dente in salted water.
- In a cold large pan add chorizo and drizzle with oil, cooking until the oil renders out of the chorizo. Then add onion and garlic and sauté until onion changes colour.
- Fold through pasta sauce and warm through, mix chilli and pasta into the pan until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- To serve grate parmesan cheese on top and garnish with parsley.
