HALLOUMI WITH HONEY AND GRAPE DRESSING
175g halloumi cheese
Hillfarm garlic infused canola oil
1 tbs honey
1 tsp chilli flakes
small handful of grapes, halved
1 sprig of rosemary
Drizzle some oil in a pan over a medium heat and fry the halloumi until each side is caramelised. Set aside.
Use the heat in the pan you cooked the halloumi cheese with and cook the honey, chilli, grapes, rosemary and lemon just until the honey has melted. Serve on top of the halloumi.
