GOAT CHEESE & FRUIT TART
PREPARATION: 10min ~ COOK: 5min ~ READY IN: 25min
- Pre heat oven 150 degrees celsius.
- Dock pastry with a fork then using a pastry-cutter, cut rounds into pastry and place into a mini muffin tin. Bake approximately 15 minutes, or until golden. Remove from tin and set aside to cool.
- In a bowl combine goats cheese, mascarpone and honey and put into a piping bag.
- To make tarts, pipe goats cheese mixture into prepared tart cases and top with berries or summer fruits.
