MOROCCAN SALMON SALAD

- Into a warm pan add lemon juice, honey, pine nuts, flaked almonds, sultanas until sultanas are plump and juicy.
- Boil Israeli couscous in salted water until soft, drain, then stir through red onion, tomatoes, parsley, Huon Sweet Chilli Hot Smoked Salmon and the sultana mixture.
- To serve garnish with passionfruit flowers.
