INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2)
small block of brie cheese
2-3 slices of proscuitto
1 small raisin sourdough roll, cut into soldiers
1 small pumpkin seed sourdough roll, cut into soldiers
small handful of dried cherries
Wrap the brie in the prosciutto and cut it in half. Crisp the prosciutto over a medium heat. Toast the sourdough in the same pan. Once the cheese starts to melt take it out of the pan.
Sprinkle the cherries on top of the cheese and serve with the bread on the side.
