MUSTARD SALMON PASTA
PREPARATION: 5min ~ COOK: 15min ~ READY IN: 25min
- Add penne to a pot of salted boiling water and cook for approximately 8 minutes until al dente. Strain the pasta and tip it back into the pot, add the honey, mustard and a splash of oil while it is still hot to ensure the ingredients combine well with the pasta. Season and let cool for approximately 5 minutes.
- Once cooled, add creme fraiche, broken up salmon fillet, capers and dill to the pasta and combine well. Check for seasoning and squeeze two lemon cheeks into the pasta and stir.
- Spoon into service bowl and garnish with micro herbs.
